The official Caldwell sheriff site did not publish a detailed in-person or electronic visitation schedule in the inspected sources. Caldwell County Inmate Funds
Caldwell County Detention Center uses Stellar Services, LLC for commissary. Detainees and inmates may use commissary accounts to order hygiene products, writing supplies, snacks, and other items once a week. Online deposits go through JailATM with a debit or credit card after the user creates an account. The detention center lobby kiosk is available 24 hours a day and accepts cash, credit cards, or debit cards.
Money orders can be mailed only if the published rules are followed. The money order must name the detainee or inmate in the "Pay To" section and should be mailed to Caldwell County Detention Center, Attn: Administration / Finance Office, P.O.
